Just came here to say this is the one salad recipe I google again and again. Not all of us had arugula and balsamic on the table as kids. For me, the iceberg is nostalgic and brings back great reminders of childhood. Have been making this for quite some time. I halve the sugar and add homemade croutons. Always a hit! I pair this with pizzas from our pizza oven.
